Established in January 1992 initially as a title search, examination, abstracting, and mortgage closing company for residential and commercial real estate throughout the state of Florida, Georgia, and Pennsylvania. Provided fast and accurate turnaround for patent to present, current owner, and update searches, mortgage closing services, overnight mortgage delivery, and recordation in courthouses to support rapid growth and develop a niche in the title industry. Diversified into the Oil & Gas industry providing contract land services throughout the United States as stated below.

Independent Petroleum Landman. During the past eight years worked for various brokers and companies on long and short term due diligence projects, ranging from small to large producing fields, and for complete company acquisitions. Provided research for patent to present and update searches for sovereignty run sheets. Calculated mineral interests, working interests, and overriding royalty interests for ownership reports. Interpreted Title Opinions and created and filed legal documents in county courthouses to cure title for numerous units formed by EOG Resources, Inc. in the Eagleford shale. Communicated directly with land and mineral owners, satisfying prerequisites for pooling land, initializing and extending oil and gas leases, and drilling of oil and gas wells. Research was performed in Gonzales, Karnes and Atascosa Counties in Texas courthouses, title plants and EOG Resources, Inc. in-house computer system.

11/10-5/11 - Fidelity Land, LLC (Independent Petroleum Landman)

Created a database for assets, expenditures and well information for Next Era Energy, Houston, Texas. Converted approximately 2,300 oil and gas leases and 250 wells, attaching and analyzing appropriate contracts such as purchase and sale agreements, operating agreements and assignments into numerous spreadsheets for different regions throughout the United States for data entry. Due diligence for complete company acquisitions was performed by analyzing oil and gas leases, titles opinions, purchase and sale agreements, farm out agreements, joint operating agreements, and division orders. Reviewed Authorization for Expenditures, joint interest billing statements, revenue reports, expired/expiring leases, configured ownership interests, and plotting tracts of leases.

5/09-11/10 - T. S. Dudley Land Company, Inc.(Independent Petroleum Landman)

Provided working interest, net revenue interest, and overriding royalty interests for producing Federal lands. Research performed at the Bureau of Land Management in Cheyenne, WY and comparable records in Douglas County, WY. Provided results by comparing BLM and county results and transferring the data onto ownership reports for producing wells. Entered all results into the “CALMS” system for reports to client.

11/08-5/09 - Samson Resources Company (Independent Petroleum Landman)

Reported working interest and overriding royalty ownership for producing federal lands from files at the Bureau of Land Management in Cheyenne & Douglas, Wyoming. Created ownership reports for different producing zones and their respective wells. Courthouse research for numerous sections in western Wyoming for Gas Storage Units. Figured net revenue interests for every tract researched.

1/08-11/08 - LoneTree Energy & Associates, LLC (Independent Petroleum Landman)

Researched numerous tracts of land, HBP & Fee, for the Bakken Shale in Williams and McKenzie Counties, North Dakota. Reported findings on ownership reports covering producing and non-producing acreage and their respective working interests, mineral interests and overriding royalty interests.
