INSTRUCTIONS FOR A5/GA5/A5 SOUTH/A5 Chattanooga POINSETTIA SALE 2017

What: A fundraiser selling Florist-quality poinsettias, red or white with green foil covers
Sizes are 6.5” or 8” (the 8” is lush with three plants and is 20” tall and 20” wide spread)
All profits credited directly to the selling player’s account with A5/GA5/A5 SOUTH/A5 Chattanooga, to offset club fees dollar for dollar. Profit will be credited in the amount of $8.00 per 6.5 inch plant sold and $11.50 per 8 inch plant sold, for approximately a 50% profit margin.
When: Orders to be taken from 10/24 until 12/2. Poinsettia pick up on 12/10 from 11am-2pm at SVC- Southern Volleyball Center

If you are not able to pick up your order during that time, please arrange to have someone else pick them up for you.
How: Feel free to sell door to door or via email
Collect money at the time of the order if you do not want to be responsible financially. You will need to pay for any poinsettias at the time of pick up.
We can accept only cash or checks. Checks should be made payable to A5 Volleyball. Please replace cash collected with a personal check to assemble.
Orders will be emailed to the Fundraising Committee at the email address above no later than noon on Saturday December 2, 2017. When emailing please include your name and phone number, your daughter’s name, what club she plays for and what team she plays on.
You must turn in the order/summary form complete and reconciled, along with the funds you have collected on the day of pickup. If you have not collected from the customer, then you will have to pay for the plants personally and collect upon delivery to the customer.

We have reserved a specific number of plants and quantities above that are limited. Once you have completed selling, please email your order form to us at that time. Although every effort will be made to fill each order, they will be filled in the order they are received.
