The Host Company
An established and growing UK-based manufacturer and international distributor of medical devices and consumer healthcare products based in the vibrant city of Nottingham is looking for a student to join their Marketing team. The company distributes its products through a worldwide network of partners who, in turn, service various sales channels including, but not limited to, pharmacies, health stores, major retail, clinics, hospitals, spas, mail order and direct mail organisations.

The Placement
The company is seeking an enthusiastic student to help research, support and develop their international sales and distribution network.

Supporting the PR & Marketing Manager, the duties include:
• Creating and collating marketing support materials to support activity across three company brands.
• Using Photoshop to create offline and online marketing assets to use across marketing campaigns, engaging audience with key messages to encourage conversion
• Supporting PR activity, building and managing a key contacts database of local and national press contacts. Submitting PR to online news channels and reporting their activity.
• Liaising with 3rd party suppliers to support email, social media and SEO activity as directed by the PR & Marketing Manager.
• Creating reports to evaluate key seasonal campaigns including.
• Monitoring and updating affiliate commission spreadsheets, to enable online affiliate marketing campaigns.

The Ideal Student
• Fluent English and additional language is an advantage.
• Have pursued/currently pursuing a business, communication or marketing degree.
• Excellent writing skills
• Creativity and initiative
• Strong communication skills and a positive attitude.
• Resourceful and able to carry out activities with a degree of independence.
• Ability to work collaboratively when necessary as part of a team.
• Flexibility and the ability to multi-task
