Salary range: $127,689 - $182,413

Ideal candidates will be seasoned human resource professionals who possess the creativity and flexibility to function effectively within CPS HR’s entrepreneurial and progressive environment. Exceptional communication skills, a collaborative approach to decision-making and the utmost integrity and discretion coupled with the ability to view issues objectively and find workable solutions are expected. The successful candidate will be a working leader and a strategic partner within the senior leadership team. Any combination of experience and education that would likely provide the required knowledge and abilities is qualifying. A typical way to obtain the required knowledge and abilities would be demonstrated depth and breadth of experience as a human resource professional. Ten years of experience in an HR supervisory or managerial role; and, a Bachelor’s Degree with Master’s preferred and certification desired: SPHR, SHRM-SCP, PHRca, SHRM-CP, IPMA-CP, or IPMA-SCP.
