Time Off for Education

I was part of an 85% total workforce downsize at LimeLife, and spent the next six months taking this time off to work on finishing my Bachelor’s in Computer Science with a concentration on System Administration. I also spent the time working on a novel for the National Novel Writing Month, starting a webcomic, and learning Java and SQL. I started taking tutoring classes for French localization and translation on-and-off throughout this period in preparation for a transition away from QA into Localization QA.
