San ClementeNative Earns Master’s Degree in Biomedical Sciences From Midwestern University

GLENDALE, Arizona(May 2017)—John Doe, M.A., of San Clemente, CA, has completed the Master of Arts in Biomedical Sciences (M.A.) degree from the College of Health Sciences (CHS)at Midwestern University. An official graduation ceremony and conferring of degrees took place on the Midwestern Universitycampus in Glendale, Arizona on June 2nd.

Mr. Doe is the son of San Clemente residents James and Debbie Doe. He graduated from Central High School 1992 and earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Biology from Arizona State University in 1996.While at MWU, he served as Class President and earned the Dean's Award for Academic Achievement. After graduation, Mr. Doe plans to attend medical school at MWU’s Arizona College of Osteopathic Medicine.

MidwesternUniversity’s Master of Arts in Biomedical Sciences program is a full-time, one-year graduate level degree program designed to help students with a bachelor's degree (preferably with a major in the sciences) improve their academic foundation in the biomedical sciences and augment their credentials for admission into a health professional program. Because Midwestern University focuses solely on the health professions, students have the added advantage of interacting with other health sciences students in an environment that supports all aspects of patient care, scientific research, and biomedical technology.
