3 Approval of minutes from 24/06/2015 / Minutes has been approved in general but not everyone has received a copy therefore we will seek full approval on next meeting / Dorota Kowynia-Kaczor to distribute them to all members and seek approval
4 Emergency trolley / Emergency trolley presented to all PRG members in a waiting room. Dorota thanked once more to all Patient that has contributed toward this and express all staff, drs and nurses positive feelings and hopes to serve patients for years to come. / No action require
5 Changes to Website / Surgery website still needs improvement , as not complied with appointment system patient cannot book same appointment as if they will make a phone call to the surgery Dr Asim has explained very little impact on this from surgery site, and appointments availability often is restricted due to various circumstances
Caron Brooks suggested and introduce everyone to new apps available on your smart phones this service is another way of booking appointment more efficient and has been advertise in a surgery. Seek patients consent to e-mail information about surgery events news letter etc. / Dorota to update system and contact relevant people to implement necessary changes.
6 staff update / All new Nurses recently employed by surgery are very professional, enthusiastic and friendly they have been welcome by patients no concerns’ raised wish them all best. / No action require
7 Pilgrim Hospital / Focus group has introduce issues with Pilgrim Hospital to members of PRG highlighting need of cooperation and support in action that needs to be taken
Mr PB and Mrs PB give a feedback to a group re Public Consultation that took place in Sleaford. Members very knee to take a part in focus group as nobody aware of Public consultation or plans to create Specialised Medical Centre or down grading Pilgrim Hospital. / Date for Focus group meeting 14//1/2015 at 7p.m.
Invite PRG from other surgeries
Plans to create a website where all information will be uploaded and available for everyone
8. Flu dates / This year Saturday Flu Clinics are set up on 03rd October and 10th October,
there won’t be any additional Flu clinic’s on Saturday but you can still book with nurses on weekdays / No action require
9 Zumba / Dorota would like to invite all PRG members Zumba classes that are free for all patients a special Halloween Zumba is a good chance to join. Members asked if there is a chance to relocate this classes but unfortunately due to instructor availability and cost of finding a new place we have to remain with location at Wyberton / Dorota to check for possible relocation
10 Patient Survey / This year patient survey questioner will be distributed to all members for approval. / Mrs PB and Dorota to set questions before sending off forms
11 Date of next meeting / Members suggested that it would be preferable to arrange next PRG meeting middle of December / Dorota to check availability and inform all members

3 Approval of minutes from 17/12/15 / Minutes has been approved in general - suggestion to distribute minutes before PRG meeting / Dorota Kowynia-Kaczor to action
4 New staff / Dr Yousaf was introduced as a new GP Partner working 3 day a week , Donna Crick a new Nurse practitioner is due to start in April full time, FY due to start in April appointments with FY2 drs 30min reviews done by with senior GP / No action require
5 Patient Survey results / Questions and results discussed comments made to following:
Q1 – open on weekends possible next year, Out of hours service available so far
Q5 – pharmacy repeat prescription service - improve communication between surgery and pharmacy to resolve an issues with updating on medication list / Caron Brooks to arrange meeting with pharmacist
Dorota to published results on website and display at the surgery waiting room
6 CCTV / There are 8 cameras now at the surgery 3 outside and 5 inside –all signs to comply with regulation and policy in place / No action require
7 Update on Focus group / Focus group is now working on official website www.sos.pilgrimhospital.org , meeting are provisionally planed on 20/04/16 and 24/04/16 / Date for Focus group meeting 20/04/16 , Focus Group will be informing PRG on plan of action
8. update on Dr Deshmukh / Unfortunately Dr Deshmukh is no longer working for Westside – family related reason / No action require
9 Any other business / Telephone message system still got doctors that has left the practice
Dates for future PRG meeting set up a year with advance
Website TV update / CB explained that the reason for surgery not been able to sort this out is cost of making such change and now when we have a stabile team we are looking to change message on telephone system
