Academic Leadership Development Programme
A positive action programme for academics who want to explore leadership in the Oxford context. The programme seeks to encourage under-represented groups, such as women and those with ethnic minority heritage, to take on leadership roles. / Managing for diversity
A blended course run at departmental request for those who have responsibility for staffing and who wish to ‘make a difference’ by raising awareness and working towards greater inclusivity in their department.
4 - Senior leadership at Oxford: typically heads of academic departments, chairmen of faculty boards; and the University’s most senior administrators / Heads induction and development programme
For new heads of department and Faculty Board Chairs, current Heads and Chairs or Deputies and those with equivalent responsibilities / Senior administrators
