ATTENDING MEETINGS AT COUNTY HALL

Public Transport

/ Trowbridge railway station is a short walk (10 mins) from County Hall.

Visitor Parking

/ 2 hours free parking is available to those using specified visitor parking bays in the car park at the front of County Hall.
Users of these spaces must input vehicle registration details into consoles in reception to avoid parking penalty.
Parking extensions beyond 2 hours can be arranged via your meeting organiser/administrator.

Alternative Parking

/ St Stephen’s Place BA14 8AH - free for 3 hours at cinema, or in multi-storey where charges apply.

On arrival

/ Please check in at Reception and ask them to call your meeting organiser/administrator to come and meet you in reception.

Refreshments

/ Please feel free to bring tea/coffee/water into meetings. These are available from the café at the rear of the atrium.

Emergencies

/ In the event of an emergency evacuation, please report to the Assembly Point which is on the lawn at the front of County Hall.

Access to facilities

/ Restricted access within County Hall means that visitors may not have easy access to/from loos. Please feel free to check this with meeting organiser (if necessary, ask for a staff pass to be left near an exit to enable discreet access during lengthy meetings.)
