So Washington County School District and Parent(s) voluntarily agree that team member ______does not need to attend the IEP/IFSP meeting to be held on ______because their area of the curriculum or related service is not being modified or discussed during the meeting. The District and the Parent(s) further agree that the identified team member’s absence from the meeting will not impact the student’s right to a free appropriate public education, the student’s ability to benefit from his/her program of specialized instruction, nor the parent’s ability to meaningfully participate in developing the IEP/IFSP.
___ II. Content Area of Excused Member Will Be Discussed or Modified at IEP/IFSP meeting
So Washington County School District and Parent(s) voluntarily agree that team member ______is excused from attending the IEP meeting held on ______because they have provided or will provide the IEP/IFSP team (including the parent) with the following:
___ Written input into the IEP/IFSP before the meeting and included in the student's special education file, or;
___ Verbal input into the IEP/IFSP during the meeting and before being excused.
So Washington County School District and the Parent(s) further agree that the identified team member's absence from the meeting will not impact the student's right to a free appropriate public education, the student's ability to benefit from his/her program of specialized instruction, nor the parent's opportunity to meaningfully participate in developing the IEP.
