B.PHARM PROJECT:

Title : Formulation and Invitro evaluation of Ofloxacin floating tablets Description : The study was aimed to formulate and evaluate Ofloxacin Gastro-retentive tablets so that it would have better bioavailability compared to the existing marketed formulations (Zanocin-OD taken as standard).10 different formulations from F1 to F10 were prepared by wet granulation method, using various quantities of excipients. The floating lag time and the floating duration parameters were taken into priority. The diffusion controlled F5 formulation showed better bioavailability. Further, pharmacokinetic, pharmacodynamic studies and clinical trials can be performed to develop a marketed formulation of Ofloxacin for effective therapy.

Title: Synthesis, Characterization and Biological Evaluation of Novel

1-Substituted Biphenyl Derivatives

Description: Synthesis of various 1- substituted Biphenyl derivatives by Friedal-Craft’s Acylation and general Acylation methods and all prepared derivatives were Characterized by Physical and Spectral methods(IR,NMR,MASS) and followed by biological screening for Invitro Anti-inflammatory Activity and invitro anti oxidant Activity and Compared with Standard Drugs
