As a quorum was not reached at the Annual General Meeting (AGM) held on 10th September 2016 the following Motionsare presented to Members to vote via Survey Monkey eVote form (Form8) to be passed at the Extraordinary General Meeting called on 19th October 2016 7pm EDST. Please submit your vote through this survey.
AllFull, Accredited and Honorary Members who were financial as at 30 June 2016 are permitted to vote in this Postal Voting Survey. Each financial member of the Association shall have one vote.

Reena Rampersad - National President Nominee
Reena would like to use herleadership skills, experience and knowledge in Clinical Neurophysiology, to promote the recognition of Clinical Neurophysiology as a profession and enhance career pathways for present and future Neurophysiology scientists. Herextensive experience in a tertiary hospital will assist to promote and help translate research in to clinical practice. Reena would also like to promote the importance of ensuring the delivery of high quality care and continued professional development within Neurophysiology. Reena has over 27 years of experience in Neurophysiology including adult and paediatrics in both the private and public sector and is proficient in all core aspects of Neurophysiology, i.e. Long term epilepsy monitoring, ambulatory EEG’s, routine EEG’s, ECoG, SEEG, BAER, SSEP, VEP, Blink response, NCS and EMG’s.

Anna Exley - Honorary Secretary Nominee
Anna has served as the National President for the last 2 years and is eligible to stand for one more year on the Executive Council. Anna has nominated for the Secretary role to assist the incoming Executive. Anna has worked in the Neurophysiology Health Industry for over 30 years in both the public and private sector. She has experience in adult and paediatric neurophysiological testing performing standard EEG’s, specialised EEG and long term video EEG monitoring including neonatal, intensive care and intra-operative recording as well as Evoked Potentials and Nerve Conduction Studies. Anna is passionate about encouraging national standards for education in Neurophysiology within Australia.

Amy Waters - Registrar Nominee
Amy has successfully held the position of ANTA Inc Registrar for the past year 2015-2016 and is renominating for this position.Amy has thoroughly enjoyed meeting the new members and connecting with the current members of ANTA. Amy is a very organised person who in particular loves attention to detail and would love to continue in this role as she believes she now has a better grasp of therole andcan continue efficiently. Amy has been in the field of Neurophysiology for 6 years. Starting at Prince of Wales Hospital, Sydney in telemetry and then moving onto Royal North Shore Hospital, Sydney where she has gained experience in EEGs, Nerve Conduction Studies and Electromyography, Evoked Potentials- VEPs, BAERs, SSEPs, Thermal Threshold Studies and continuing research occurring within herdepartment.

Samantha Soe - Education Representative Nominee
Samantha has successfully held the position of Education Representative for the past two years 2014-2015 and 2015-2016 and is eligible to stand for one more year on the Executive Council.Samantha holds a Bachelor of Applied Science, a Diploma of Clinical Neurophysiology, a Post Graduate Diploma in Health Services Management and a Masters of Health Science. Sam is a senior Neurophysiology Scientist and has been in charge of the Epilepsy Monitoring Unit at The Children’s Hospital, Westmead since 2004. She was trained in Auckland Hospital and has been in the Neurophysiology field for the past 18 years. Sam has a strong interest in clinical research and has been involved in epilepsy surgical related projects. She is also passionate in sharing her knowledge to others. Sam would like to utilise her skills for the benefit of the neurophysiology trainees.

Ruth Bunby - Education Representative Nominee
Ruth has completed one year on the ANTA Inc. Executive Council as Honorary Secretary for 2015-2016 and now nominates for Education Representative. Ruth is a Senior Hospital Scientist in Neurophysiology. She completed a Bachelor of Applied Science in Psychology/Psychophysiology at Swinburne University, Melbourne and ECNE Board Part 1 in the UK. Ruth has extensive work experience in sleep and neurophysiology laboratories in Australia and the United Kingdom.
