VOLUNTARY TEAM DONATION: To assist with the funding of the teams, if you would like to be involved in any of the team competitions, we are asking for a voluntary donation to be included with your membership. If you would like to donate please complete. I……………………..would like to donate £………towards team funding. All monies raised for teams will be shown separately on the end of year accounts. An individual amount will be kept confidential. Overall amount raised will be published. Thank you very much indeed.

YOUR HELP PLEASE

We are continually looking for volunteers to assist at our various events and functions. You do not need to have experience at events as advice is given and tasks allocated accordingly.

All helpers are provided with refreshments and are given a voucher which entitles them to a free entry to some ECRC event.

It is a requirement that all members help for at least ½ day at an event through the year. Please list type of events you would most like to assist at:

N.B. If you wish to be considered you must be prepared to travel to both the Area Competition and Championships if your team qualifies. The horse/s that you wish to be considered must be fully vaccinated as per the Riding Club Rule Book and a photocopy of the vaccination must be enclosed with this form. The owner of the horse/s must also be a member of ECRC.
