Battle Details:

Age rules:

·  Amateur bands with the majority of members comprised of high school or very recent grads

·  Music content must be appropriate for a community audience, performances are open to the public

·  Lyrics must be in line with community performances and broadcast appropriate. Profanities, sexual, racist, or violent overtones, themes or gestures are not allowed.

·  Each band will have up to fifteen (15) minutes of play time and only a fifteen (15) minute transition time between bands

·  Excellent sound system and PA

·  Each band is required to bring own instruments and amps (including drums)

·  Prize money for first ($200), second ($100) and third ($50)

In consideration of your acceptance of these individuals listed above, I hereby waive, release, and indemnify, and agree to hold blameless the City of Lakeville and Pan O Prog, its employees and agents, from any claim rising out of any injuries suffered by the aforementioned individual(s) incidental to or connected with any activity sponsored by the aforementioned agencies except to the extent covered by accident or liability insurance which may be carried by such organization or person.
