1.  Gates Millennium – http://www.gmsp.org

·  Covers all unmet costs. There is a possibility of having 6 years paid.

·  You must have a 3.3 GPA, be a student of color, be a leader, have community service hours, and have a Pell grant eligible need nomination.

·  This entails filling out a long application, write essays, and submit letters of recommendation.

·  This is due early January.

2.  Daniels Fund – http://www.danielsfund.org

·  This covers all unmet costs.

·  You must have a 17+ ACT score and have financial need.

·  You need to be nominated, fill out an application, write essays, and submit letters of recommendation.

·  This is due late November.

3.  Boettcher Foundation – http://www.boettcherfoundation.org

·  This covers all tuition at any Colorado College/University.

·  You must have a 27+ ACT score, be in the top 5% of the class, be a leader, have extracurricular activities, and have community service hours.

·  You need to fill out an application, write essays, and submit letters of recommendation.

·  This is due November 1st.

4.  Sachs Foundation – http://www.sachsfoundation.org

·  The award is $5000 per year on average.

·  You must be an African American and have been a CO resident for 5 years.

·  You need to complete the online application, write essays, and submit letters of recommendation.

·  This is due March 15th.

5.  Greenhouse Scholars Program – www.greenhousescholars.org

·  The award is $20,000.

·  You must have a 3.5 GPA, have financial need, show commitment to the community, and show perseverance and leadership skills.

·  You need to complete the application, write essays, and submit letters of recommendation.

·  This is due mid January.
