REGULATIONS & RULES
v There are four parts in this exam, Listening (25 questions), Language Use (50 questions), Reading Comprehension (25 questions) and Writing. The grading is 0,75 point for multiple choice questions (0,75 X 100 = 75) and 25 points for writing section.
v Each question in this booklet will have four choices for the answer. Only one choice is correct.
v You will be given one optic form. Please mark all your choices on the optic form using a pencil. Listening questions 1-25, Language Use 26-75, Reading 76-100.
v Please mark your student ID number and write your name,surname and number on the optic form.
v You won’t lose any true answers for a wrong answer, so it is your own benefit to answer all the questions in this test.
v Please place your university ID cards on your desk. The proctor will check ID cards against the attendance list during the examination.
v You are not allowed to use books, dictionaries, electronic or magnetic information storage devices, mobile phones or other electronic communication equipment, notes, paper, or any other item that could be used to gain advantage. These items must be switched off (not even silent-vibration mode) and left in bags or pockets.
v You are not allowed to leave the room during listening part or final 15 minutes of the exam.
v If a student wishes to depart from the room before the end of the allocated time (for a visit to the toilet, or for medical needs, etc.), this shall be taken as the student having completed the examination; therefore a re-entry to continue will not be permitted.
v You must not by any other improper means whatever, obtain or try to obtain, directly or indirectly, help in your work, or help or try to help, directly or indirectly, any other student during the exam.
v You must not communicate with another student or the proctor during the exam.
v You can eat and drink something provided that you don’t disturb the other examinees.
