Refreshments. Signing in and welcome. Parent Carers Aiming High Information was on display on arrival.
2. Welcome with Louise Foxwell from the Carers Centre
Louise Foxwell, Breaks Manager, from the Carers Centre welcomed everyone to our fourth AGM.
3. Chairs Report – Helen Church
Helen presented the Chairs Report.

4. Dee Chaddha –BANES Children’s Services
Dee thanked Parent Carer’s for their input/ feedback and attendance at meetings last year.
5. Treasurers Report – Melissa Jones
Melissa summarised the funding and expenditures for the last year.
6. Lee Elkins – PCAH DVD
Lee showed a small snippet of PCAH DVD Participation Project.
7. Julia Knight – Transitions into Adulthood
Julia gave a brief summary of the draft Transitions Documents.
8. Election of Committee – Helen
Helen called for nominations and votes for the PCAH committee and they are as follows;

9. Introduction to Give Us a Break
Louise Foxwell and Sarah Dixon talked about Give Us a Break and arranged for some sample treatments for parent carers to try including painting, creative writing, hand/arm massage and colour therapy.
