University of Toronto – Youth Summer Programs in Medicine and Law

University of Toronto is offering two summer programs to high school students that allow them to experience what it is like to be a student in Canada’s premierMedical or Law School. Interested students should visit the website at

Boyd Archaeloogical Field School

If digging into our past is something that excites you then take some time to look into the “Archaeology Course” offered at the Claremont Conservation Field Centre. Students who enroll in the three week course will earn an interdisciplinary Studies (IDC4U) credit through the York Region School board and gain valuable insights into the field of archaeology. Students will visit several sites, study aboriginal cultures and explore traditional knowledge of local environmental resources. The course runs from July 26th to August 15th and costs $1195. The Youth Ambassador Competition is looking for outstanding youth to promote Canadian diversity.
