Your organization has been identified as an “interested party” for the Capital Community Action Agency’s Housing Rehabilitation Program. CCAA’s housing programs are targeted to assist clients who are at or below 80% of their county of residence’s Area Median Income. Our program provides qualified residents with the opportunity to utilize an interest free loan totaling up to $40,000/household for repairs needed to bring their homes up to code.
CCAA has recently received a $450,000 HOME grant through the Michigan State Housing Development Authority (MSHDA) and the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD). An environmental review process is currently underway to ensure compliance with MSHDA/HUD requirements. We are seeking your feedback on the project (if you have any) to incorporate into the environmental review.
