ANNUAL CLASSIC VEHICLE SHOW WEEKEND
Saturday and Sunday 12th13th July 2014
Dear Exhibitor
You are invited to attend our Annual Classic vehicle Show to be held at the Museum,
Stockley Lane, Calne, Wiltshire on Saturday and Sunday the 12th and 13th of July 2014.
This year we are running a 2 day event starting with a road run of about 60miles on Saturday, this is open to both classic and modern vehicles. The run will leave the museum at 5pm, followed by a BBQ upon your return.For those wishing to stay overnight, camping will be available at a charge of £5 per tent. This is payable with your entry form. There will be a small charge of £6 for the road run which should also be included with your entry form.
Sunday will be our normal static show with a variety of things to see including Collectors Cars, Commercials, Tractors, Motorbikes, Auto jumble, Tombola and various trade stands. The Museum will be open all day and entry at a reduced rate for exhibitors will be on wrist bands. (These must be worn at all times). Adults £5,Children £1.
This year we are having a special feature on “80 YEARS OF THE MORRIS 8” and the cars will be in a special display area. Raffle tickets will also be on sale for our Annual Grand Prize Draw which this year is a 1967 RILEY ELF. This will be drawn at our Mulled Wine Evening held at the Museum on Saturday 6th December.

Exhibitors and front seat passengers have free entry, but any other passengers pay a normal admission fee of £7forAdults and £1 for Children under 14. Gates open to the public at 10am and close at 4.30pm.
