The company proposes the rehabilitation of the 17,000 square foot building into mixed-use occupancy. The PILOT payments will be shared with Onondaga County based on the pro rata share of the real property taxes. SIDA Board approved this PILOT on November 17, 2009. / 602

The 10% ($35,160) local match will be provided by developer Robert Doucette and Armory Square Development and Management. The amount due from 1992-2001 is $188,321 which will be forgiven. The Landmark will pay the Downtown Special District Taxes of $43,538 and provide free concert space to the City and County. The Landmark will submit an audited financial statement to the City within six months of the end of their fiscal year and if it indicates a positive cash flow, 50% will be paid to the City for the Downtown Special Assessment not to exceed $43,538. / H
