  1. What is/are your vision/goals for the St. Clair program? How will you define success?
  1. How would you describe a superior teacher/coach?
  • Where have you gained your influence from? “Why do you coach the way you do?”
  1. What strategies do you use in communicating with your athletes and their parents?
  • What would be the top three agenda items at your pre-season parent / athlete meeting?
  1. One of your first challenges will be building a coaching staff
  • What characteristics are important to you in an assistant coach?
  • Once assembled what would your first staff meeting sound like?
  1. What is your strategic and technical philosophy of football and give some details to your offensive and defensive philosophies that you would employ here at St. Clair
