Ø Spaces are on a first come first served basis, with the Damboree retaining final right of approval of items sold.
Ø Non-profit organizations with food booth applications will be given preference over other food vendors wishing to participate. No duplication of products sold.
Ø Damboree has sole rights for beverage sales.
Ø Food vendors must file the Shasta County Department of Resource Management, Environmental Health Division’s Application for Permit to Operate a Temporary Food Establishment prior to the day of the event. Bring a completed copy of the application or permit to the event coordinator. Vendors must comply with all the Environmental Health Division’s requirements. Ø Food vendors should have ample supply for a full day event.
Ø No knives or weapons or noisemaker poppers of any kind are to be sold at the event.
Ø Vendors are to set up between 7 a.m. and 9 a.m. the day of the event. Vehicles may be driven on park lawn, but do not drive over any electrical cords please. Vehicles are to be removed from park prior to 9 a.m. and vendors are not permitted back on the lawn to take down booths until after 4 p.m.
Ø Vendors are responsible for cleaning around their booth area before leaving. The celebration will be from
10 a.m. to 5 p.m. The vendor agrees to stay open for business until 4 p.m.
Ø Vendors must sign and date the agreement below.
Ø There are no refunds for cancellation after April 24, 2011.

Your signature certifies as to the category of your product. In participating in this event I agree to abide by all rules and regulations of this event. I further agree to release Shasta Damboree Inc. and the City of Shasta Lake from any an all responsibility for loss, damage, or injury to any person or property from my participation in this event. If participant is a minor, parent or authorized person must sign.
