Report Form for Feedback Session

Based on a midterm evaluation report concerning the dissertation project, as well as a review of the achievements rendered to date at the TUM Graduate School, the supervisor and doctoral candidate discuss the progress of the dissertation project and the further procedures. This takes place at the latest during the 4th semester after admission to the TUM-GS and is to be documented in writing with the aid of this report form (TUM-GS Statute § 15 (7)).

To be documented are hereby

1. The basics of the feedback interview,
2. A review of the achievements rendered and the further arrangements regarding the demands of the Graduate School as well as
3. The result of the feedback interview in the form of a short report.
