□Take Home Sheets: You must tailor these to your programs. Please print enough for each family to take one home for each session.
□Song Sheets: These are optional, and are a great way of engaging parents in the songs and rhymes for your session.
□Math and Science Kits: If your branch does not have at least one of each, it is up to you to request them for your last two sessions, by emailing Jessica Ralli at .
□Books: It is up to interns and mentors to make sure the books they need for their session are available at the branch on the day of your program (or before). Check the branch Storytime Collection, or the shelves for the books you need. If they are not available, place a hold through the library catalog and have them sent to your branch (takes 7-10 days so plan ahead).
□Texting sign up sheet. Please print and have this available for parents to sign at each of your sessions.
□Inter-office envelope. See your branch contact or anyone at the front desk for an inter office envelope. Return surveys, program report, and texting sign up to Jessica Ralli/700YFS weekly.
