There will be a lot of renovations happening at the High Street end of the church over the next few weeks. (See note under one of our photographs below) Church Services will continue more or less as normal, as will the lettings of the various church rooms and halls.

We run this annually with friends coming from sheltered accommodation over a wide area. Let us know if you want information about it.

This is a fun celebration day out for all members,
friends and young people to celebrate 40 years
of URC and 350 years since the Great Ejectment
of 1662. There will be discussions, activities,
displays and competitions throughout the day,
and a great big 40th birthday cake. For more

This is how our foyer looks now. In a few weeks’ time, all this will be gone, replaced by new double glass doors into the church. A disabled toilet is being incorporated at the front, and the new pewless space just inside the church is being enhanced with carpets and a concealed sink.:
