Entry fee includes:
40 mile road run starting at 11a.m. (optional)
Tea ticket

Commemorative brass rally plaque
Concours (judging starts at 2p.m.)
Prize giving ceremony at 4p.m.
Trophy for Oldest Car & Motorcycle that participates in the Road Run.
Special prize for the most appropriately dressed vehicle occupants
Master Class for the Car class winners from the past two years.

RALLY REGULATIONS
1. Organisers
1.1 Sherborne Historic Vehicle Rally is organised by the combined Rotary Clubs of Sherborne. The optional 40 mile road run is entirely non-competitive and is open to all accepted entries.
1.2 The Rally will take place on Sunday, 28th August 2016.
2. Eligibility
2.1 All vehicles must have a current Road Fund Licence, have a valid MOT test certificate if
applicable and be fully roadworthy and insured for the rally.
2.2 All drivers and riders shall have a valid full driving licence.
2.3 We do not knowingly accept replica vehicles.
3. Entries
3.1 Please see Entry Form on page 3 for closing dates. Confirmation of entry will be sent by email to those who have provided their details, otherwise by post, please provide SAE, thank you.
3.2 Refund of any entry fees will be at the discretion of the organising committee.
3.3 No vehicle will be permitted to leave the Rally during the prize giving ceremony (motor cycles may be pushed out).
3.4 Trailers/transporters of any vehicle may not be parked within The Courts.
3.5 We regret that no animals are permitted in The Courts unless kept inside your vehicle.
4. Insurance
4.1 The rally organisers accept no liability for any personal effects, nor any personal or public injury or any liability before, during or after the rally.
5. Identification & Documentation
5.1 All entrants will be sent confirmation of entry which must be displayed on the front of their vehicle prior to arrival at The Courts.
5.2 Upon arrival at The Courts all entrants will be required to register with the organisers to obtain their documentation and rally number.
6. Start and Route
6.1 Entrants joining the road run should have registered with the organisers by 10.30a.m. for an 11.00a.m. start, returning no later than 1.30p.m. Entrants not wishing to join the road run may arrive any time from 10.00a.m. but not after 1.30p.m. to register their entry.
6.2 The optional road run will start and finish in The Courts of Sherborne School, Sherborne, Dorset.
6.3 Entrants will be issued with route instructions.
7. Acceptance of Rally Regulations
7.1 By returning your signed entry form you confirm that you have read and will conform to the above regulations.

Only signed entries will be accepted.
Entries closing date: Wednesday, 17th August 2016 for inclusion in printed programme.
Late entries will be accepted until the Courts are full, they will not be eligible for judging and may not receive a commemorative brass plaque.
Entries on the day: space permitting will be accepted, but will not be eligible for judging.
