Heating and AC runs Monday through Friday 6:30 am to 4:30 pm. Events before or after these times will have AC/heat turned on at building access and last person leaving requested above.

Terms and Conditions:

Security and Custodial services may be required. By submitting this form, all organizations agree to reimburse Pope High School or the Cobb County District for any costs associated with your event. This may include any damage done to any facility as a result of failing to secure the building or supervise attendees. Pope High School administration reserved the right to move or reschedule events. Every attempt will be made to notify the event planners. Organizations not affiliated with Pope High School must complete a Facility Use Contract.
