“Ride the Metra? Win a Week of Free Parking Just by Trying Library Apps!”
FOX RIVER GROVE, IL – Starting in January 2017, Fox River Grove Memorial Library cardholders will have the chance to win a week of free parking at the library. Patrons who add library apps and access digital content can receive entries for monthly drawings for a week of free parking. Winners will have a designated spot in the Library lot next door to the Fox River Grove Metra station. Patrons must visit the Library to participate.
Commuting can grow mundane without high-quality distractions. Library apps have a wide variety of eBooks, eAudiobooks, and digital magazines to turn the ride into the highlight of any day. FRGML cardholders can get started right away by adding OverDrive, Axis360, Zinio, and BiblioBoard apps to their iOS or Android devices. It’s fast, easy, and free. Librarians are prepared to help patrons access apps and content. New and existing app users are all eligible to receive drawing entries.
Fox River Grove Memorial Library is open 9 a.m.-8:30 p.m. Monday through Friday and 9 a.m.-4 p.m. Saturday. The library is next door to the Fox River Grove Metra, convenient for popping in after an evening commute or before heading downtown for Saturday fun.
