BODY MASSAGE
Traditional Massage of the Orient (30 min or 1h)
Soothing and harmonising hot-oil massage inspired by African traditions to bring comfort to mind and body. Using the precious Argan oil, packed with anti-oxidants and vitamin E, touted as ‘liquid gold’ for its endless virtues.
Ayurvedic Massage (1h or 1h 30)
Based on the 5000 year old Indian practice using warming oils and deep rhythmic moves to balance vital functions and promote prana (vital energy) to mind and body. Great for relieving muscular tension, energising the body and bringing clarity of mind.
Balinese Massage (1h)
Inspired by Siam traditions combining soft, stretchingmovesalongside deeply relaxing, smoothing strokes. The continuous flow of slow, rhythmic moves, based on yoga postures (no knowledge of yoga required) bringsimproved suppleness and circulationhelping physical and psychological wellbeing. This massage uses a melting body balm infused with healing tropical nut-oil.
Head & Scalp Ayurvedic Massage (30min)
Head massage based on the ancient Ayurvedic medicine practice which uses varying rhythm and precise movements to relieve tension and restore vitality whilst increasing the flow of oxygen to the brain.
NEW SUBLIME MASSAGE (1h or 1h30)
Based on the ancient traditions of Polynesian Healers. This Lomi Lomi based massage clears energetic blockages, using various heat sources along with flowing moves to bring deep-relaxation, deep-relief from muscular tension and overall balance for mind and body.
BODY WRAPS
Brazilian Slimming Massage with ‘’Crème de Café®’’ (1h)
Using Brazilian green coffee extract for its extraordinary slimming virtues. Crème de Café is applied using sculpting and toning movements to leave skin noticeably firmer. Course of 10 recommended (combine with Udvartana Ritual).
‘’Crème Minceur Udvartana®’’Ayurvedic Detox Ritual (1h)
An ancient Indian remedy based on Ayurveda which combats cellulite. This combines years of research and a patented formula which alongside draining techniques, helps to detox, removing toxins and fatty build-ups that cause cellulite. A course of 10 is recommended (combine with Crème de Café).
Wrap with ‘’Crème de Rassoul®” (30 min)
A traditional Moroccan remedy, the body is cocooned with the velvety rassoul cream from the Atlas Mountains which deeply cleanses anddraws out impurities whilst conditioning and bringing radiance to the skin.

Inspired by ancient ritual of Java, this award-winning warming and invigorating Boreh recipe uses spices and sea salts to soothe and relieve muscles, intensely soften the skin and boost the circulation.
‘’Savon Noir Beldi®’’Black Soap Scrub(30min)
A hammam heat ritual using black olive soap with traditional kessa glove to clear the pores, exfoliate the skin and relieve muscular tension.
NEW SUBLIME SCRUB(30min)
A gentle scrub especially for sensitive skin, following a recipe from the Polynesian Islands: the sugar, coconut powder and Monoi Noni based exfoliant regenerates and enhances the skin.
