Please note trade stands bookings are taken on a first come first served basis as payment is received. We limit the number of each type of stand to ensure fair business for all.

I acknowledge that my application for space for a Trade Exhibit and any contract subsequently entered into between myself and the Saintfield Show Limited is on the basis of the Trade Exhibit Terms and Conditions set out on this document. I have read the Trade Exhibit Terms and Conditions and I acknowledge that they are reasonable.

Applications must be accompanied by evidence of Public Liability Insurance cover and, if there are employees, by evidence of Employers’ Liability Insurance Cover.

Terms and Conditions applicable to all Trade Exhibit Contracts:

1. Exhibits in the Main Arena.

NOTE: Towbars, etc. must be included in the overall dimensions. APPLICATIONS RECEIVED

WITHOUT PAYMENT WILL BE RETURNED. Any exhibitor who exceeds their requested area will be required to pay an extra

charge on the day of the Show.

2. The above charge includes the entrance for ONE vehicle plus TWO Adults. Additional adult passes £8 each. It is also the stand

holder’s responsibility to notify the Show Secretary PRIOR to Show Day if passes, etc. have not been received.

3. Whether an application for space is accepted is at the sole discretion of Saintfield Show Ltd, whose decision is final, as is the

decision of Saintfield Show Ltd to the precise location of the space to be allocated to the Trade Exhibitor.

4. All Trade Stands are automatically entered in a competition for the best Trade Stand. The winning exhibitor will be awarded the

Show Secretary’s Perpetual Shield.

5. Any Trade Stand exhibiting or offering for sale any objectionable substances or articles such as toy guns, water pistols, stink

bombs, etc. or causing a nuisance of any kind, will be asked to vacate their trade space and will forfeit all monies already paid.

6. Any Trade Stand using a diesel generator must ensure its safe operation and keep all fuel correctly and securely stored. NO

PETROL GENERATORS.

7. No exhibitor shall:

(a) dig or excavate holes in the Show field;

(b) erect flags or high equipment near overhead power lines;

(c) lay electrical leads across or in any way obstruct any vehicle or pedestrian ways;

(d) move any equipment from the space allocated before the end of the Show without the permission of a Steward.

(e) erect any promotional material, other than in the confines of their stand, except that approved and paid for by prior application.

8. The sale of food, sweets, and hot and cold drinks is strictly confined to the official Show caterers. The sale of ice cream is strictly

confined to the official ice cream provider for the Show.

9. Exhibitors are required to clear up litter arising from their Trade Stand at the end of the Show, and to ensure the number board

relating to their Stand is undamaged and left on the Stand.

10. As a Trade Exhibitor you shall be liable for, and shall indemnify Saintfield Show Ltd against, any expense, liability, loss, claim or

proceedings whatsoever arising under any statute or common law in respect of personal injury to, or death of any person

whosoever, arising out of, or in the course of, or caused by the Trade Exhibitor or any of his servants or agents, unless due the

negligence of Saintfield Show Ltd, or of any person for whom Saintfield Show Ltd is responsible.

11. As a Trade Exhibitor you shall be liable for and shall indemnify Saintfield Show Ltd against any expense, liability, loss, claim or

proceedings in respect of any injury or damage whatsoever to any property, real or personal, insofar as such injury or damage

arises out of, or in the course of, or by reason of the Trade Exhibit, or any activity by the Trade Exhibitor or any of his servants or

agents unless due the negligence of Saintfield Show Ltd, or of any person for whom Saintfield Show Ltd is responsible.

12. Without prejudice to the Trade Exhibitor’s liability to indemnify Saintfield Show Ltd, the Trade Exhibitor will maintain such

insurances as are necessary to cover the liability of the Trade Exhibitor in respect of personal injuries or death arising out of or in

the course of, or caused by the Trade Exhibit or any activity by the Trade Exhibitor or any of his servants or agents and in respect

of injury of damage to property, real or personal, arising out of, or in the course of, or by reason of the Trade Exhibit or any activity

by the Trade Exhibitor or any of his servants or agents.

13. Allocated spaces may be occupied and Trade Stands erected as from 10.00 a.m. on Friday 16th June 2017. There will be limited

security arrangements on the Showground throughout Friday night until Saturday morning but Saintfield Show Ltd is not

responsible for providing any security for the Trade Exhibitors’ property, all property left on the Showground is at the sole risk of

the Trade Exhibitor. If the Trade Exhibitor wishes to provide his own security arrangements then he should notify and obtain the

consent of Saintfield Show Ltd. All materials and machinery must be on the allotted stand not later than 9.00 a.m. on Saturday

17th June 2016, after which time entry will be refused and no refunds will be given. After the Show, the stand should be dismantled

and removed from the Show ground not later than Sunday 18thJune 2017.

14. The Trade Exhibitor agrees not to encroach on adjacent trade space nor cause any noise or disturbance to other exhibitors,

competitors or the general public.

15. Saintfield Show Ltd may at any time cancel, postpone or move the Trade Exhibit to another venue if Saintfield Show thinks fit.

Saintfield Show Ltd will notify the Trade Exhibitor as soon as possible if the Trade Exhibit is cancelled or postponed or moved to

another venue. If the Trade Exhibit is cancelled, Saintfield Show Ltd will repay the Trade Exhibitor (without interest) any of the Fee

paid by the Trade Exhibitor to Saintfield Show and the Contract will be cancelled. If the Trade Exhibit is postponed or moved to

another venue, the Contract will remain in force for the new dates and venue provided that the new dates and venue are in the

reasonable opinion of Saintfield Show Ltd appropriate for the Trade Exhibit.

16. Saintfield Show Ltd shall have no liability in contract or in tort or otherwise to the Trade Exhibitor arising out of or in respect of any cancellation or postponement of the Trade Exhibit or of it being moved to a new venue howsoever arising.
