Lab Safety and First Aid
I have read the lab safety rules and understand what behavior is required during lab activities. I also understand that should I fail to follow the regulations governing lab work I will be removed from the lab setting and will receive a 0 for that activity. In addition I understand that repeated problems during lab time will result in permanent removal from lab work and that an alternate activity will be assigned to me.
