Bathroomwithshower and chaire INVACARE, bath sink. Independent toilets.

Garden furniture for 6 people.

CONDITIONS OF RESERVATION :

" Any stay on the campsite or any reservation implies the acceptance of the internal rules, the particular clauses, as well as the general conditions of rent "

GENERAL RENTAL CONDITIONS:

  • The demand of reservationisnamespecific. The sublettingisforbidden.
  • The rent is valid from 2 off-season overnights The invoicewill have the name of yourbooking;when the invoicewillbepaid, youcould not change the name on the receipt.
  • stay and from one week in July and August.
  • The rental package includes 6 persons maximum (whatever the age of the participants) + 1 vehicle.
  • Tourist taxes which are calculatedaccording to the number of person and of nightsspent in the campsite, are added.
  • Anyvisitor, additionalvehicle (according to the spaceavailable on the plot of land), willbe the object of a supplement.
  • The animals are not allowed.
  • Any additional installation (as a tent) is forbidden on a mobil home pitch.
  • Visitors are authorized to come into the campsite under the responsibility of their host. In this case, they have to indicate their presence to the reception desk.
  • Smoking is prohibited.

RESERVATION :

  • The reservation is effective only after the deposit payment (20 % of the amount of the stay + €11 booking fees) and as soon as you receive our written confirmation (according to our availabilities).
  • The depositpaymentwillbeimmediatelycollected. Creditcardpaymentisadvised for reservations.
  • The rental agreement duly filled and signed must be sent to the reception desk.
  • The balance of the staywill have to bepaid on yourarrival, beforetaking possession of the rent.
  • The reservation, after confirmation, isfirm and definitive: no reductionwillbegranted in case of delayedarrival or earlydeparture. In case of earlydeparture, management team reserves the right to rentagain the location.

ACCEPTED WAY OF PAYMENT:

  • Credit cards (advised because some of them take into account a cancellation insurance), cash.

DEPOSIT:

  • On arrivalday, youwillbeasked to let one deposit for eventual damages and for cleaning package.
  • A detailed list of furnitures is verified at check-in and check-out.
  • The mobil home must berestored in perfect state of cleanliness. Should the opposite occur, the deposit for cleaning package willbecashed.

CANCELLATION OF A RESERVATION:

  • In case of cancellation, the depositpaymentwill not berestored. In case of cancellation of a reservation, the campsite keeps the deposit payment in compensation.

CANCELLATION INSURANCE:

  • Weadviseyou to signacancellationinsurancewhichwillallowyou to bepaid off in case of eventpreventingyoufrommakingyourstay. Somebankcardsofferthis service.
  • The campsitedoes not propose thiskind of insurance.
  • It is up to campersto ensure they have insurance cover: campers are responsible for looking after their personal belongings.

ARRIVALS / DEPARTURES:

  • Check-in are possible from 3.00 pm and check-out have to be made before 10.00 am.
  • In case of delays in the arrival, the rentwillberetained for 24 hours. Afterthis deadline, (accepted phone calls, e-mails or letters), the reservationwillbecancelledwithoutanyrefund. The rentcanbeattributed to anothercamper.
  • The day of the departure, if youstay longer thanexpected, a fixedprice of €10/extra hourwillbecharged to you.

TRAFFIC OF VEHICLES:

  • Within the campsite, speed islimited to10 km/h and trafficisforbiddenbetween 11.00 pm and 07.00 am.
  • Gates are closedbetween 11.00 pm and 7.00 am. Vehiclescannotenter and go out withintheseschedules. An outside parking isplanned for thatpurpose.
