We are now ready to take your reservations for your exhibit space and your sponsorship requests. Please register by January 29th, 2017 in order to take full advantage of the sales contacts to be made at the 2017Les Lukert Winter Conference.

In order to better serve our exhibitors and sponsors, we have made some changes in the registration form and exhibitors options this year. We are now providing you with a menu style (al a cart) format that lists all the available options for your booth and sponsorships. Now, you simply choose the options you want, add them together, and pay the total.Along with this change rooms will be taken care of by NSFSI staff to ensure that you have a hotel room upon your arrival.

We hope you will take advantage of this great opportunity to share what products or services you provide with all our attendees - from the instructor/educator to firefighter/emt to management and more. Booth Information

Standard Booth $500.00/booth

The Exhibit Booth fee includes:

1 -6 deep x 10 wide piped and draped booth spaces, height limit 9ft.

1 - 8’ Draped table

1 - Waste basket

Breakfast, Breaks, and refreshments will be held in exhibitor hall.

Exhibitor’s set up area will be in a secured room. Nonprofit organizations may be in another area with or without pipes and drapes depending on space availability. Neither NSFSI nor Kearney Holiday Inn can accept responsibility for any loss as either a direct or indirect result of the conference

Each Standard booth comes with one (1) room at two (2) nights. Please let us know if more rooms are needed. Rooms will be ordered as one (1) room for two (2) nights.
