Easter Egg Hunt Spring Marketplace

Sunday April 9th 2005, 3 - 5pm*

Bring your business to the 750 families in Rogers Ranch.

After the egg hunt, kids play fun gamesfor prizes andtake photos with the Easter Bunnywhile the parents stroll & shop through the marketplace tables.

*Rain date is Easter Sunday April 16th 3-5pm.

For a financial donation of $25, your business will be promoted to our community:

  • Event marketplacetable- Sponsors may participate by setting up a table at the event to visit with residents, distribute brochures and sell products or services. If you can not attend, you can still participate by bringing a basket of brochures or business cards to display at a commonsponsors table.(Tables are NOT provided, set up on first come basis beginning at 2pm.)
  • InvitationalFlier – All Sponsors having made the $25 donation by March 31st, will have their names on the invitation fliers that are distributeddoor-to-doorto the residents.
  • Yourwebsite or e-maillink-Your business contact information will be listed on the CrosstimberCommunity website (Textand a link to your e-mailor website*.)
  • Newsletter- An article of appreciation listing all the sponsors and directing people to the Crosstimberhoa.com website for your contact information will be printed in ourJune 2006 newsletter and mailed to each home in Crosstimber. The Newsletter may also again contain event photos.

RSVP by Friday March 31sttoinclude your contact informationon the invitational flier. Registrations received after 3/31 will be recognizedat the event, on the website and in the newsletter.

The Crosstimber Special Events Committee greatly appreciates your business considering this opportunity to help make our community event extra special for the children and families in Rogers Ranch.
