There was discussion about the funds that the Township is holding for JR Sand and Gravel. We will check to be sure that the property is in the final condition as stated in theoriginal agreement and that all monies for inspections have been deducted from the amount in that account. The Zoning Administrator said he would gather that information and bring it to the next meeting.
A motion was made by Trustee Baker, seconded by Trustee Graf to open an account at SSB Bank for the funds that come in from Enbridge. Supervisor Dorwin Marshall, Clerk Leela Vernon, and Treasurer Aaron Graf are to be signers on that account, but only one signature will be required for withdrawal. Motion Carried.

A motion was made by Treasurer Graf, seconded by Trustee Graf to agreeto continue to collect 100% of the non-homestead property taxes for the
Fowlerville Community Schools, along with the associated taxes for LESA in the 2013 Summer Tax Collection. Motion carried. The InghamIntermediateSchool District requested collection of 100% of their tax in the 2013 Summer Tax Collection if the corresponding community schools decided to collect in the summer. As of January 14, 2013 none of the InghamCounty school districts in WhiteOakTownship have requested to collect any of their taxes in the summer. Therefore, no changes will be made to the Ingham ISD tax collection
