1. First about booking rooms

When you book a room in the Yellow House in Karlsborg, tell that you belong to
the "Morse code group".
Kjell SM6CTQ has booked the whole hotel. The password for us is "Morse Code Group".
Without that they will tell you that the hotel is full.
Before you book your room:
Think about with whom you can share a room. Decide that before you book,
so your booking will be correct when you arrive.
Everyone must book his accommodation individually, or together with those he wants
to share a room.

2. Info about the Morse Code Meeting (some of you have received this earlier). ======
The "Morse Code Meeting" in Karlsborg will take place May 3rd - 5th 2013.
The CW training room is updated and modernized.
The participants must pay their own travel and lodging costs.
The food and drinking costs are payed individually.

3. When you have booked your room ======
When you have booked your accommodation, send an e-mail to Ingvar, SM6CBQ
He will keep records of all who has done that and will be
able to send out additional information to those who have registered.

Morse Code Meeting in Karlsborg 3 - 5 May 2013
Housing:
Youth Yellow house which is located just outside Carlsborgs Fortress
All of our newly renovated rooms are bright and spacious. The rooms have 2 to 6 beds, sheets, breakfast and cleaning go to book to.
There are 2 guest kitchen with full equipment and a total of 3 cookers so self catering for a little or bigger groups works extremely well. We have 2
TV room and there is access to a computer in the house, we also have wireless networks in almost all the house.
