Chilliwack Supreme Court Scheduling is open Monday, Wednesday and Friday (9:00am-4:00pm). Any enquiries can be made at (604 795 8349) or by fax (604 795 8345).

Trial Dates
Please call Chilliwack Supreme Court Scheduling to book any civil or family trial dates. Trials are scheduled up to one year in advance. On the first working day of each month, we open up the corresponding month in the following year at 9:00am. Counsel/parties are now restricted to 2 requests for dates per call.
Trials are booked on the assize system (all returnable for Mondays) so, counsel/parties should make efforts to make themselves available for the entire week of their assize sitting.
Civil and Family Applications
Chambers applications up to one hour in length can be booked in regular Judges’ or Masters’ chambers scheduled every Monday. Any chambers applications estimated to take over one hour in length (which must be heard by a Judge), must be booked on the trial list. Contact Supreme Court Scheduling directly to book the matter. As we work on the assize system, all matters are booked for “the week of” and counsel should be prepared and ready to proceed any day during that week. Application Records are due on the Thursday prior to the “week of”
Judicial Case Conferences
JCCs are booked on Mondays (11:00am and 2pm), and Wednesdays (9:30am, 11:00am and 2pm) before a Master.
Registrar Hearings
These hearings are booked on the 1st Thursday of every month. At times these days are cancelled if the Registrar is moved to another location or takes time off. Please contact Supreme Court Scheduling for specific times and dates.
