Students who work with a Resource teacher or who have a Section 504 Plan may be eligible to take the PSAT, ACT, SAT, SAT Subject, or AP exams with extended time or other necessary accommodations that are used during school. Arrangements for special testing must be made through the Counseling Center by the regular postmark registration deadline for any given exam. The approval process can take up to 7 weeks, so planning ahead is imperative. Students who previously registered and were approved for accommodations on the PSAT, SAT, or AP are approved for the 2017-2018 school year. Students must include a copy of their approval letter with their registration form or register online with their SSD number at www.collegeboard.org. Students applying to take the ACT with accommodations must seek approval for every test administration.
