Objective: All chapters will have developed a well-planned and executed POA. The POA includes three main areas: Student (member) Development, Chapter Development, and Community Development.

·  Student Development: opportunities for personal growth and leadership thru CDE’s, offices, and SAE’s.

·  Chapter Development: strengthen chapter thru recruitment and healthy lifestyle choices

·  Community Development: Assist in community wellness (Foodball, Salvation Army, adopt a family, clothing bank, etc.)
