Robert E. Anderson Human Relations Award Scholarship

Criteria- academic honors & achievements, extracurricular/community activities, references Deadline- Return completed application to Mrs. Belo by Jan. 3.

Kernersville Lions Club- $1000

Criteria- recommendation, 2.5 GPA, preference given to visually or hearing impaired student, extracurricular/community activities, or work experience

Deadline- Return completed application to Mrs. Belo by April 10 or mail to address on application by April 15.

Winston-Salem Engineers Club- $1000

Criteria- academic record, extracurricular activities, essay; Applications are available in Guidance. Deadline- Return completed application to Mrs. Belo by March 26 or mail to address on application by April 2.

Elks “Most Valuable Student” –

Criteria- leadership, financial need, quality of exhibits, top 5% of class, must have 1200+ SAT (critical reading & math) Short Deadline: Return completed application to Mrs. Belo by Nov. 30. Students that want to mail the application must mail by Dec. 2. See Mrs. Belo for the correct address.

Elks Nursing Contest-

Robertson Scholars Leadership Program is a fully funded prestigious academic scholarship that engages the resources of Duke University & UNC Chapel Hill. Criteria- high academic potential, integrity, positive peer influence, organizational skills. Supplemental application in addition to the common application is required.
