PUMA LAUNCHES NEW EXCITING FERRARI COLLECTION
New Styles Inspired by the Heat, Smoke and Speed of the Race Track
Herzogenaurach, Germany (1st January 2013) – In celebration of their long standing partnership, Sportslifestyle brand PUMA and its long-term motorsport partner Ferrari present the new collection for the coming Spring/Summer 2013 season. Inspired by the heat, smoke and speed of the race track, this collection features various silhouettes, high shine fabrics, coated trims and many exposing details. The full range includes a variety of footwear, apparel and accessories styles that are mainly designed in the classic Ferrari colours red, vibrant yellow and black. Highlight pieces are:
Ferrari LS Weekender. With its Italian good looks, the Ferrari Weekender is the ideal accompanist for short trips, road trips, or anything in between. It merges the worlds of sport and fashion and its classic silhouette is decked out with luxury materials and Ferrari emblems, including a Ferrari badge and Italian flag tab. The large main compartment has a two-way opening; more room is available with front, internal, and mobile phone pockets. Finishing touches include crafted front panel piping and brushed brass metal hardware.
Alekto Mid. The new Alekto MID for Scuderia Ferrari is a very dynamic and sporty shoe and both the red design and the yellow Ferrari branding make it the ideal shoe for every SF supporter. The shoe presents an open heel counter for more comfort and weight reduction. Additional comfort is given through the heightened heel, no matter if worn for driving experiences or day to day usage. The symmetrical alternative closure system gives an extra twist to this modern leather shoe.
Ferrari Lightweight Jacket. The new black Ferrari Lightweight Jacket features a classic look whilst providing interesting modern cut lines at the same time. The zipped jacket comes with a rib neck binding, a snap button fastening and zip chest and lower pockets. Finishing touches for this lightweight product are the contrast bar tacks at the chest as well as the Ferrari logo on the right arm and the PUMA branding on the left arm.
Further highlights of the new PUMA Ferrari collection include exciting graphic tees, track inspired jackets and footwear with modern silhouettes. The collection launches globally in online and retail stores in January 2013.
