PRESENTATION PROPOSAL

Concept proposal presentation should be brief containing and outlining the following:

·  Merchandise/stock line

·  Proposed label collection (if applicable)

·  Price points

·  Proposed Kiosk Design (brief)

·  Color Scheme

·  Company Profile

·  Superimposed 3D Image

Please email your submission to: once your brand concept proposal is received and is fully completed and correct, the brand proposal will then be submitted to The Leasing Committee for their review and feedback.

Please note: The Leasing Committee will have final decision on the selection of brands for any upcoming opportunity and the selection of tenants is based on brand mix and positioning, not on a first come first serve basis.

GENERAL INFORMATION

1)  All Designs must be submitted to Retail Design and Delivery (RDD) for review and feedback

2)  Local Authority approval and permission is to be obtained by the tenant.

3)  Normal mall trading hours is 10am – 10pm (weekdays) and 10am – 12midnight (weekends).

4)  Rental rates are varied based upon location, size and usage. Indication rent is 50K – 125K per annum, in addition Turnover % Rent (TOR) is payable. Calculated on revenue generated.
