On Motion of Mr. , Seconded by Mr. , the Following Resolution Was Offered

On motion of Mr. , seconded by Mr. , the following resolution was offered:

RESOLUTION NO.

A resolution granting permission to the New Orleans Saints, 5800 Airline Drive Metairie, Louisiana, 70003 represented by Mr. Ben Hales, to conduct a NFL Draft Day Party, on Saturday, May 2, 2015 from 12:00 P.M. until 4:00 p.m.,; allowing the serving of beer, beverages, food and to have live music; at 5800 Airline Drive Metairie, LA; provided that all necessary permits have been obtained from the Jefferson Parish Sheriff’s Department and the State of Louisiana Alcohol and Tobacco Control Office and that all requirements and regulations of said departments are complied with; and waiving all taxes
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Jefferson Parish Council of Jefferson Parish, Louisiana, acting as governing authority of said Parish:

SECTION 1. That permission is hereby granted to the New Orleans Saints, 5800 Airline Drive Metairie, Louisiana, 70003 represented by Mr. Ben Hales, to conduct a NFL Draft Day Party, on Saturday, May 2, 2015 from 12:00 P.M. until 4:00 p.m.,; allowing the serving of beer, beverages, food and to have live music; at 5800 Airline Drive Metairie, LA; provided that all necessary permits have been obtained from the Jefferson Parish Sheriff’s Department and the State of Louisiana Alcohol and Tobacco Control Office and that all requirements and regulations of said departments are complied with; and waiving all taxes

SECTION 2. That all proceeds from this event will go to Charity

SECTION 3. That the Parish Council Clerk forward a copy of this resolution to Mr. Ben Hales, 5800 Airline Drive Metairie, Louisiana 70003; and all departments in connection therewith.

The foregoing resolution having been submitted to a vote, the vote thereon was as follows:
