Your Personal
MINISTRY PROFILE
CITY ON A HILL BIBLE CHURCH
Dear Friend,
Thank you for your interest in better understanding and using your spiritual gifts for the ministry of this church. Our goal in providing you with this written tool is twofold: 1) to help you better understand your spiritual gifts and ministry style, and 2) to provide us with information that will help us point you in a general direction where your ministry skills can be utilized here at The City.
After completing the Ministry Profile, simply transfer the appropriate information to the enclosed Ministry Placement Form and return it to the pastor. The information from your Ministry Profile will then be made available to our various ministry leaders who will contact you as appropriate ministry opportunities arise. Alternatively, if you have already identified a ministry at The City where you think your gifts might be useful, feel free to contact that ministry's leader directly.
While the Ministry Profile is a helpful tool in pointing people in the right direction, keep in mind that your spiritual gifts will not ultimately be discovered through any man-made written test, but through hands-on ministry involvement and a heart that is sensitive to the Lord's leading. In that regard, we appreciate your taking the time to complete this questionnaire-- it demonstrates, we trust, a willingness on your part to use your gifts for His glory and for our good.
