Social Futures developsselectioncriteria forallpositionsthatareadvertised.Theselection criteria identifythecoreexperience,skills,knowledgeand/orqualificationsthatapplicants must haveinorderto performtheposition. Applicantsarerated againsttheselectioncriteria.

The interview
