McLean & Eakin is delighted to provide you with your upcoming book fair. We want your fair to be as successful as possible. Mutual agreement to the following guidelines will assure an effective partnership.
McLean & Eakin agrees to:
1. Furnish books for the purpose of the school/organization book fair.
2. Deliver and pick up the books.
3. Provide all banking supplies and handle banking transactions.
4. Based on sales volume, the school/organization will receive the benefits described below.
5. We will provide the school/organization with their gift card for books or cash within 30 days of the closing book fair day.
6. Gift cards must be used within 6 months of the day it is received.
7. We will deliver all back order titles within 7 days of the book fair, unless it is temporarily out of stock at the publisher.
8. Provide a gift card in the amount of 20% of retail sales (before taxes) earned during the book fair dates above.
Your school/organization agrees to:
1. Return this contract 1 month (or earlier J) prior to your fair. Failure to return a completed contract re-opens the requested dates listed above.
2. Offer books provided only by McLean & Eakin Express.
3. Provide additional staffing if necessary.
4. Be responsible for any items lost, stolen, or damaged during your book fair.
5. Accept responsibility for NSF checks.
6. Follow the sales and ordering procedures.
7. Secure the book fair area.
The individual signing below has read and accepted the terms of this contract and is also authorized to commit the above school/organization to this financial obligation.
