Companies House has amended forms DS01, MG01, MG04, NCIN01, OSAP03, OSIN01, OSMG01, SH01 and their continuation pages, under Registrar’s Rules which will come into force on 14th March. These amended forms should be submitted to Companies House on or after this date.

The amended version of NCIN01 and its continuation page not only replace the current edition of NCIN01 but NCIN02 and NC1N03 which Companies House has withdrawn.

Forms OSMG03 and OSMG03(CONT) are new forms which have been added to the Company range.

Companies House will require these amended forms to be used from Monday 14th March and Companies House has indicated that there will be no transitional arrangements for use of the old forms after 13th March.

Please also find available forms AD01, AP01, MG02 and MG02(CONT) and TM01 which have received minor textual alterations and can be used immediately.

Finally, form RR06(CONT) has been withdrawn after the amendments which Companies House made to RR06 on Efis 33/2010 in June 2010 which makes the continued use of RR06(CONT) unnecessary. All withdrawn forms are automatically removed from your library.
