· MOC finalizations, KLD developments, A/W evaluations, Digital Proofing, Shade Cards Proofing for primary (e.g. Sachets, Tubes, Al Foil, Containers, Caps, Labels, Shrink sleeves etc.), secondary (e.g. Mono Cartons, Flow Wraps, Danglers etc.) & tertiary packaging (e.g. corrugated box).
· BOM & Specification Finalizations & share with Units & Vendors for procurement & Productions.
· Cost Optimizations & Value additions in existing products.
· Share & advice Packaging related Solutions at Units, during productions.
· Audit Units, Vendors & Depots to ensure Packaging materials of FG products.
· New, Auxiliary & Alternative Vendor development for Packaging materials.
· Coordinate knowledge sharing program for Team & Units members for technology up gradation.
