Focuses on 3 areas of the law which are of great current interest: (1) ownership of coal bed methane in Indiana; (2) conflicts between CBM production & protection of coal reserves and (3) Appurtenant surface rights limitation with specific application to CBM operators, especially with regard to access and pipelines.
